1. Introduction and Agreement

Welcome to AI Bulin 47 (the "Service"). By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing credit packs, or submitting media for video generation, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AI Bulin 47 is an AI-powered motion character retargeting and creative video transformation platform. The Service takes one authorized front-facing adult photograph and stylistically renders a short, vertical 9:16 video reproducing the viral Dembow street freestyle dance choreography synchronized with pre-cleared ambient music.

2.1 Underlying AI Model Infrastructure

The Service is powered by the Wan 3.0 Video foundation model architecture deployed on dedicated cloud GPU rendering infrastructure. All video synthesis and character motion dynamics are executed via the Wan 3.0 Video model to deliver rhythmically synchronized Dembow dance choreographies.

3. Disclaimer of Non-Affiliation and Fair Use

AI Bulin 47 is an independent parody, satire, and transformational creative AI application. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Dominican artist Bulin 47 (Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso), collaborator Kevin Wai, or any of their management, agents, or recording labels.

All artistic references, choreography recreations, and musical rhythm alignments are transformational expressions intended solely for entertainment, fan homage, and parody protected under applicable fair use principles (including 17 U.S.C. § 107).

4. User Eligibility and Media Warranty

By uploading any photograph to the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or have reached the age of legal majority in your country of residence).
• The uploaded photo depicts yourself, or you have obtained verifiable written permission from the adult individual pictured to upload and retarget their likeness.
• You will NOT upload images of minors, celebrities, politicians, or third parties without explicit authorization.
• You will NOT upload explicit, sexual, nude, hateful, defamatory, or unlawful imagery.
• You assume full legal responsibility for any uploaded media and agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Bulin 47 from any third-party claims arising from unauthorized image submissions.

Any violation will result in immediate termination of account access without refund and referral to legal authorities where warranted.

5. Credit Packs, Pricing, and Merchant of Record

• One-Time Credit Packs: The Service operates strictly on one-time credit packs. There are no surprise monthly recurring subscriptions. Purchased credits remain valid for 365 days from the purchase date.
• Merchant of Record (Waffo.com Limited): Orders processed through Waffo are sold by Waffo.com Limited, the Merchant of Record. Waffo handles payment processing, currency conversions, international tax compliance, and customer billing support.
• Credit Deductions & Automatic Restoration: Credits are held upon task initiation. If a video generation fails due to a cloud GPU timeout or provider error, the held credits are automatically and immediately restored to your balance.
• Irreversible Compute Costs: Because completed video generation consumes irreversible cloud GPU hardware resources, credits spent on successfully rendered videos cannot be refunded.

6. Dispute Resolution and Anti-Chargeback Policy

To ensure equitable service and protect our merchant standing:

• Mandatory Direct Resolution: Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card company or banking institution, you agree to contact our support desk first at support@ai-bulin47.com. Direct refund resolution is significantly faster and prevents automated account disruption.
• Consequences of Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent or unwarranted payment dispute without prior notice will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account, forfeiture of remaining balances, and blacklisting of associated payment credentials.

7. Intellectual Property & DMCA Takedown

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content hosted on or generated through our Service infringes your copyright or publicity rights, please submit a detailed takedown request to support@ai-bulin47.com. Valid requests will be investigated and addressed within 24 business hours.
