2. Information We Process

To deliver our neural character and motion retargeting video generator, we process the following categories of data:

• Account Details: Your Google account email address, profile display name, and avatar, authenticated securely via Google OAuth.
• Uploaded Portrait Media: Front-facing portrait photos that you choose to upload for video generation.
• Rendered Video Outputs: Generated 9:16 vertical MP4 video clips created from your input photograph.
• Transactional & Credit Ledger: Credit pack balances, transaction identifiers, payment references, and usage timestamps.
• Technical Diagnostics: Standard anonymized server request logs, browser user-agent, error logs, and session tokens strictly needed to maintain infrastructure reliability and prevent malicious abuse.

3. Biometric Information Privacy Notice (BIPA & GDPR Art. 9)

Because AI Bulin 47 analyzes facial imagery to synchronize your appearance with choreographed dance movement, we adhere to strict biometric privacy standards (including the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Article 9, and the California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA):

• Specific Purpose: Facial feature extraction and landmark detection are used strictly and solely to align facial orientation, skin tone lighting, and expressions with the 15-second Dembow freestyle dance choreography.
• Transient Memory Processing: Facial landmarks and neural embeddings are processed ephemerally in active GPU memory and are immediately purged from processing memory once video rendering concludes. We do not construct, retain, or commercialize enduring biometric databases, faceprints, or surveillance profiles.
• Strict No Model Training Guarantee: We never sell, rent, monetize, or use your uploaded photographs, facial geometry, or generated videos to train, fine-tune, or evaluate public AI foundation models or third-party datasets.
• Voluntary Upload & Express Consent: By uploading an image and checking the pre-submission consent box, you grant express written consent for the transient processing of your facial features exclusively for your requested video generation.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate high-speed cloud infrastructure and provide secure processing, AI Bulin 47 partners with specialized enterprise providers:

• Cloud GPU Compute & AI Rendering Providers: For automated neural character retargeting and high-performance video generation. Media submitted to rendering clusters is governed by strict developer API data processing agreements prohibiting model retention.
• Merchant of Record & Payments (Waffo.com Limited): Orders processed through Waffo are sold by Waffo.com Limited, the Merchant of Record. Waffo handles PCI-DSS compliant credit card transactions, fraud monitoring, international tax remittance, and authorized refunds. We never store or view your raw payment card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• Cloudflare Edge Infrastructure & Storage: Delivers edge caching, DDoS protection, encrypted SSL/TLS transport, and temporary encrypted object storage (Cloudflare R2).

5. Data Retention and Automated Deletion

• Video Storage: Generated videos remain accessible in your private account library for the duration specified by your plan (30 to 180 days).
• User-Initiated Deletion: You can request immediate permanent deletion of your account, transaction logs, uploaded photos, and rendered video files at any time by contacting our privacy desk.
• Automated Purge: Uploaded source photos held in temporary rendering cache are automatically scheduled for permanent erasure following generation completion.

6. Your Rights and Global Privacy Inquiries

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and BIPA), you have the right to access, rectify, export, or permanently delete your personal information, as well as the right to withdraw consent for biometric processing.
