2. Authorized Content & Photo Ownership

• Your Likeness or Express Written Consent: You may only submit photographs depicting yourself, or adult individuals who have provided explicit, verifiable written permission to retarget and animate their physical appearance.
• Strict 18+ Adult Requirement: All subjects featured in uploaded imagery must be at least 18 years of age. We enforce an absolute, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy against any imagery depicting minors.
• Transformational Parody: The Service is engineered exclusively for creative entertainment, fan satire, and social dance trends. You are solely responsible for ensuring your submission does not infringe third-party privacy or publicity rights.

3. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

To uphold card network compliance and community safety, AI Bulin 47 strictly enforces an absolute zero-tolerance policy against the generation, upload, or dissemination of any of the following six prohibited categories:

1. Pornography & Sexually Explicit Content (NSFW): Creating, uploading, or animating sexually explicit imagery, nudity, pornography, erotica, lewd depictions, or non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII).
2. Violence, Gore & Graphic Imagery: Generating depictions of severe physical violence, bloodshed, gore, mutilation, self-harm, animal cruelty, terrorist activities, or weaponized threats.
3. Hate Speech, Harassment & Discrimination: Generating content that promotes hatred, discrimination, dehumanization, harassment, bullying, stalking, defamation, or violence targeting individuals or protected groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
4. Child Exploitation & Minor Safety: Generating, processing, or uploading any imagery depicting minors (under 18 years of age), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any child endangerment. Any detection results in immediate referral to law enforcement and NCMEC.
5. Deceptive Impersonation & Deepfakes: Creating deceptive deepfakes of public officials, political candidates, law enforcement, celebrities, or real individuals without explicit written consent, or manufacturing synthetic disinformation to mislead elections or defraud the public.
6. Copyright & Trademark Infringement: Submitting copyrighted media, protected creative works, proprietary logos, or third-party intellectual property without verifiable ownership or licensing rights.

4. Enforcement, Violation Handling & Moderation Mechanisms

To maintain platform integrity and payment partner standards:

• Pre-Processing Filtering: We deploy multi-stage automated image and text safety classifiers to screen incoming submissions for all prohibited categories prior to GPU dispatch.
• Immediate Task Abort: Any task flagged for violating these standards is blocked immediately before rendering.
• Account Termination & Blacklisting: Severe or repeated violations result in instant, permanent account termination, forfeiture of remaining balances, and permanent payment card blacklisting.
• Law Enforcement Referral: Abusive imagery involving minors or criminal threats will be promptly reported to competent domestic and international law enforcement agencies.

If you discover that your photograph or personal likeness was uploaded without your knowledge or consent, or if you encounter any generated video that violates this policy, contact our emergency moderation desk immediately:
